32 Parents' Handbook 2019 – 2020 Students who choose to participate are billed for the annual cost of the program in the fall. The program runs best with lots of volunteers, and parents can sign up to help during Parent Information Evenings, or check in with your class representative. SENIOR SCHOOL Students have access to La Terrasse, a full-service cafeteria managed by Aramark Food Services, which offers a variety of hot and cold healthy meal options including salads, premium deli sandwiches, Grill Works and World's Fare hot entrées. The four-week rotating menus are posted on the Senior School branch website, under Lunch, and are revised every term. Students can charge food purchases to their accounts using their ID card. Parents can set limits on this card if they so choose. Parents can view and download their child's cafeteria purchases by month by logging onto the Parent Portal > Parent Profile and viewing the TFS Shop and La Terrasse Accounts tab. This information is only available during the current school year. La Terrasse is open daily from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Breakfast is served from 7:45 to 9:15 a.m. Lunch is served as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday Schedule Grade 6 - Level I 12:15 - 1:25 p.m. Levels II-V 11:05 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Wednesday Schedule Grade 6 - Level I 12:20 p.m. - 1:10 p.m. Levels II-V 11:25 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. The PA offers a pizza lunch to Senior School students approximately once per month throughout the school year. Student's accounts will be charged $5 for a replacement lock, once processed. LOST AND FOUND Please label your children's uniforms and other belongings. At the end of each term, unclaimed items are donated to a charity and unclaimed uniform items are given to the Parents' Association Used Uniform Sale.
