LEADERSHIP TEAM Head of School Appointed by the Board of Directors, the Head of School, Dr. Josep González, leads and guides all aspects of the school. He is supported by the Head's Council. Head's Council Members: Sylvie Allonas, Proviseure adjointe for French Studies Michael Burke, Deputy Head of Citizenship and Community Engagement Khalid El-Metaal, Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning Alexandre Ferrand, Principal, Junior School Norman Gaudet, Executive Director, The Learning Forum Mirna Hafez, Principal, La p'tite école Shyrose Janmohamed, Chief Financial Officer Davy Marques, Principal, West Campus Gord Mickovski, Executive Director, Facilities Bob Tarle, Executive Director, Innovation and Technology Jean-Bastien Urfels, Principal, Senior School Cathy Yanosik, President, TFS Foundation BOARD OF DIRECTORS The TFS Board of Directors, working with the Head of School, the CFO, the Deputy Head of Citizenship and Community Engagement and the Deputy Head of Teaching and Learning, is responsible for overseeing our strategic direction and the financial affairs of the school. It is also responsible for appointing the Head. The Head of School and Deputy Heads supervise the day-to-day operations of the school. Comprised of 15 elected members, including three ex-officio members (the President of the Parents' Association, the President of the Alumni Association and the Chair of the TFS Foundation), the Board of Directors is supported by several committees.
