ARRIVAL, DISMISSAL AND ABSENCES
For the 2020-2021 school year, please refer to the
principals' communiqué for any adjustments to the
schedule.
EARLY ARRIVAL
Student safety is a top priority at TFS. Students should
arrive promptly for screening checks at the times listed
in the table below. Students with siblings at different
branches should arrive at the earlier time. If you arrive
early, please stay with your child. It is imperative that
younger children not be left alone in school buildings
or on school grounds. Children are not allowed in the
classroom before the teacher arrives. No student is
allowed on the adventure playgrounds except when
supervised by an adult at recess time.
Parents will not be permitted to enter the school buildings
for at least the first term of 2020-2021.
Senior School
Students should not arrive on the premises before
8:00 a.m., as there is no supervision, unless they are
participating in a supervised school activity.
Children should arrive promptly at school as per the
stated arrival times, and follow the directions for students
to enter the building. Parents will not be permitted to
enter the school buildings for at least the first term of
2020-2021.

LATE ARRIVAL/ABSENCES
If you expect your child to be late or absent, please
notify your Branch Office before 9:00 a.m. by phone,
email, or in person.
