4 Parents' Handbook 2020– 2021 Each year, the TFS Alumni Association (TFSAA) presents Le prix de distinction des anciens élèves de TFS and Le prix de distinction des jeunes diplômés, for graduates within the last 10 years. The awards were established by the TFSAA to recognize outstanding alumni who have made a difference as individuals and citizens, and reflect the school's vision, mission and values. Additionally, alumni participate in school life activities through volunteer and speaking engagements for the Scholars Guild, Principals' Apéritif and annual Career Lunches. This in turn helps to nurture the culture of alumni with students while on campus. At the Red Tie Luncheon, the graduating class receives a commemorative alumni pin signifying the special community of which they are a part. TFS remains a home for alumni and they receive regular e-communications, publications and invitations, in addition to staying connected through the alumni digital platform, TFS Connect (tfsconnect.ca). The TFSAA regularly hosts and organizes networking events in key cities, as well as an annual alumni reunion, Réception des anciens, highlighting honoured year clases. The Alumni Association Executive meets on a regular basis and the President of the TFSAA sits on the school's Board of Directors in an ex-officio capacity. President: Laura Deliakis '06 CAMPUSES Our Toronto campus is situated on a 34-acre ravine setting at 286, 294, 296, 306 and 318 Lawrence Avenue East and 101 Mildenhall Road, and educates students from age 2 to Level V. Our West Campus is located at 1293 Meredith Avenue, between Cawthra and Dixie roads, and south of the QEW, and educates students from Pre-Kindergarten (PK) to Grade 7. The TFS Shop sells uniform items, stationery and school supplies as well as spirit wear. The TFS Shop is the exclusive supplier of all TFS uniform items. The TFS Online Shop is open 24/7 at shop.tfs.ca. Uniform items, school supplies, accessories and other TFS products can all be purchased online. We also offer a line of spirit wear which can be delivered to your home, at tfs.entripyshirts.com. Show your TFS pride! For the 2020-2021 school year, the TFS Shop will not be open for shopping; purchases made online will be delivered to your child's classroom, including to the West Campus.
