Lauren was a competitive swimmer during
her time at TFS. She attended the University
of Chicago, where she studied classics, and
is currently completing her second year of law
school at the University of Toronto. Lauren
serves as the executive editor of the University
of Toronto Law Review and is president of the
Faculty of Law's Litigation Association.

for martial arts when I was an
undergraduate at McMaster
University. Sport is still an incredibly
important part of my life even
though I have retired from wushu.
I'm now an avid road cyclist and part
of a race team in the Washington,

of TFS athletics were the all-day
track meets. A University of Waterloo
mechanical engineering student now,
Katrine has played on the Waterloo
Warriors varsity women's volleyball
team for three years and hopes to
continue. She is focused on obtaining
her professional engineering certification
after graduation.
