ADMISSIONS AND STUDENT RE-REGISTRATION Re-registration is an online process that opens towards the end of January. The registration deadline for current students returning to the school for the 2025-2026 academic year is noon on Monday, February 10, 2025. TFS gives new applications for siblings of children currently enrolled at the school priority in terms of space availability, provided they meet the admissions criteria and their applications are received by the following dates: Grade Application Deadline JK, SK and Grade 1 Friday, November 15, 2024 All other grades Monday, December 1 Student re-registration is subject to the Terms and Conditions as noted during the registration process. BUSINESS OFFICE – FINANCIAL MATTERS FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Assistance from TFS for currently enrolled students TFS provides short-term financial assistance for students in need who meet established criteria. The funds are available to students who have been enrolled at TFS for one year or more, usually in the Senior School. External assessments to determine eligibility for financial assistance remain confidential and are conducted independently by Apple Financial Inc. In order to be considered for the 2025-2026 academic year please apply by November 1, 2024 by clicking the link below. Visit www.applefinancialservices.ca to apply and for more information. If funds are available after that date, the school will consider emergency situations. Please contact the Business Office at ext. 4274 for additional information. French Government Bursaries Available for French Citizens Children of French citizens living in Canada may be eligible for a French government bursary. Detailed information and downloadable forms are available on the homepage of the Consulat Général de France à Toronto's website at www.consulfrance-toronto. org. ACCIDENT INSURANCE Optional coverage is available from IAP Kids Plus Accident Insurance. This may interest some families as primary or supplementary insurance. To obtain more information or purchase insurance, please go to www.kidsplus.ca. TUITION REFUND INSURANCE The school strongly recommends that parents take advantage of the optional Tuition Refund Insurance Plan. This program offers parents an opportunity to insure fees in the event of student withdrawal or dismissal, due to unforeseen circumstances, provided the student has attended more than 14 consecutive calendar days commencing with the student's first class day of attendance in the academic year. Details are in the Terms and Conditions as noted during the registration process. TFS SHOP The TFS Shop is managed by the school and is located on the lower level of 306 Lawrence Ave. East.
