IN-CLASS CELEBRATIONS For the 2024-2025 school year, in-class celebrations will be allowed. We ask parents to make prior arrangements with the teacher when sending food to be shared in class. Remember all treats must be nut-free, and not homemade (please refer to our anaphylaxis policy). Parents can create an account at tfs.catertrax.com and order from the class parties menu. For assistance, please email catering@tfs. ca or call Chartwells at ext. 4550. The cost of these refreshments will be billed to your student's account. Please update your Household Profile in the Parent Portal (Veracross) for any changes with respect to home address(es), telephone numbers (including business and emergency numbers), email address(es), pickup authorization and any other relevant personal information as soon as these changes are known. If both parents leave the Metropolitan Toronto area, the school must be given written notification in advance, including who has been assigned responsibility for the child(ren).
