4 Parents' Handbook 2024– 2025 TFS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION The TFS Alumni Association works in close collaboration with TFS Foundation to nurture lifelong connections between TFS and its nearly 3,500 alumni—from the Class of 1975 to 2024—to share informative communications and provide a range of meaningful events and experiences. Each year, the TFS Alumni Association (TFSAA) presents three awards: Le prix de distinction des anciens élèves de TFS, Le prix de distinction des jeunes diplômés (for alumni under the age of 35) and Le prix de service distingué Nancy S. Cohen. The Alumni of Distinction awards recognize outstanding alumni who have made significant contributions to their communities as individuals who reflect and citizens who act for the betterment of all. The TFSAA strives to keep alumni connected through events, communications and the alumni digital platform, TFS Connect (tfsconnect.ca). Alumni volunteers also play an important role in student programming, serving as guest speakers, panelists and mentors for current students. The TFS Alumni Association is governed by the Alumni Association Executive and the President of the TFSAA attends the school's Board of Directors meetings.
