Driving Alumni Engagement
To enhance its alumni experience, TFS distributed a
comprehensive survey to its total contactable community
of 2,336 alumni in April 2024. The School received a
total of 319 completed or partially completed surveys
equal to 14% of the total contactable population.
TFS defines its alumni as those who attended the
school for a minimum of two years, regardless of if they
graduated from TFS or not. The last time the school sent
out a comparable survey was in 2017.
This project was initiated with the intention to gain a
better understanding of the characteristics and
opinions of the TFS alumni community and the nature of
their connections to the school.
Results from the survey will be used to inform the
development of a 5-year alumni strategic plan that will
serve as a roadmap for ensuring TFS alumni
programming works to strengthen alumni connection to
each other, the school and current students.
