Curtains up at
La p'tite école
Student performances
wove creativity
with curriculum in a
delightful, new way
For years, performances at La
p'tite école followed a familiar
rhythm. Like everything the
youngest TFS students do, they
were sweet and endearing and
parents beamed from their seats.
But Principal Ann François
recognized an opportuni to
bring these annual productions
to a new stage. She saw the
potential for a transdisciplinary
showcase alive with movement,
rich in visual appeal and, above
all, deeply rooted in learning.
And for the first time, she
decided to add performances
from the Jardin d'éveil Hafez
and PK classes. By Hailey Eisen
