2025-2026 IMPACT REPORT TFS 2025-2026 IMPACT REPORT 9 CROSSING THE FINISH LINE: WELCOME TO THE WEST CAMPUS ATHLETIC CENTRE After years of planning, determination and community-wide support, the doors of the West Campus Athletic Centre are now open. Part of a major West Campus expansion, the facility includes a junior school regulation-size gymnasium—Gymnase Kaneff—new classrooms and Science and Design MakerPro spaces. For the first time, TFS can host inter-school competitions on home turf, creating new opportunities for students to compete, learn and build school spirit. Reaching this milestone reflects what can happen when donors come together around a shared vision for students. The campaign's $4 million goal was reached and exceeded through a number of foundational gifts, including lead contributions from the Kaneff family, the Sprott family, the Bechara family and Wallace Wang and Lily Meng. For long-standing parents and donors like Dr. Lamiaa Migahed and Mohammad Hankir, who have four children attending West Campus, watching the structure take shape has been a years-long highlight. "What makes the Athletic Centre so meaningful is knowing that it was made possible through the generosity and shared commitment of TFS families. It's more than a beautiful new facility; it's an investment in our children and in generations of students who will follow them," says Lamiaa.
