At the end of the day, children will also be picked-up outside the building by authorized adults. To help ease traffic, we kindly ask you to remain in your car and drive through with the coloured sign that you will receive displayed clearly on your dashboard. Parents are responsible for filling in the online "Travel Arrangements" form. Parents/guardians must inform our staff if another authorized adult will be picking up your child. We will not allow a child to leave with another person unless we have authorization from the parent/guardian. Please aim to pick your child up between 3:45 and 4:00 p.m., not earlier. Children are supervised until 4:00 p.m. with their friends. Petite Section (West Campus) All children will be welcomed outside of the school building by staff members. After the screening, your child's arrival will be recorded and they will be accompanied safely to their room/classroom. Parents will not be allowed to enter the building due to the ongoing pandemic. ● Starting at 8:30 a.m., after a screening, your child's arrival will be recorded and all the children will be welcomed safely in the PK playground. Please note that parents will not be allowed to enter the building due to the ongoing pandemic. ● If you arrive before 8:30 a.m., please escort your child to the before and after school care room, where a staff member will escort her/him to the PK playground at 8:30. ● At dismissal time, please aim to pick up your child between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m., not earlier. After 4:00 p.m., children are supervised in the before/after school care room. ● Only authorized adults can pick up children. Schedules Ratios Jardin d'éveil: the staff/child ratio is 1:5 Petite Section: the staff/child ratio is 1:8 Rest / Outdoor Periods A nap or rest period is provided every day, depending on individual needs. Quiet activities are organized for children as they progressively wake-up.
