Rest / Outdoor Periods A nap or rest period is provided every day, depending on individual needs. Quiet activities are organized for children as they progressively wake-up. The children will sleep on small cots. The school provides bed sheets; parents are asked to provide a blanket/pillow from home, clearly labeled with the child's name. The sheet, blanket and pillow will be sent home every day for laundering. Please note that bed sheets will be single use only and will be cleaned after each use due to the pandemic.
