Fundamentally, I want to bolster our emphasis on academic rigour on an individual level and provide the necessary student-success supports to help our students adjust to on- campus learning once again. And I'd like to inspire an environment that brings joy to our students and that deepens our connections so that all members of our community have a strong sense of belonging. Our Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity, and Justice Steering Committee has been established to support an inclusive environment. I want to support our students' health and wellness through increased student engagement and involvement so that we have diverse and inclusive environments for all. TFS Foundation: And what do you envision for TFS for the future? M. Gaudet: While the pandemic has changed so much about our school and our lives, one of my priorities is to propel our campus master plan forward so that we provide the right learning and engagement spaces that focus on the whole student, spaces that inspire learning and that provide opportunities for an extensive, balanced and varied student life. The ongoing development of the master plan—which is a road map to transform and renew our campuses—will enable us to develop learning environments that support our strategic pillars of academic ambition, all-round development and an international perspective.
