Now in its second year, Le Stage is exceeding expectations with the number of volunteer mentors and internship positions on the rise. What started as a program available to 12 participants in its first year has now increased to 30. Thanks to the 19 parent and alumni mentors who have volunteered their time and resources to make this priceless experience happen, more students have been able to gain practical work experience related to a field or career of interest, years before beginning university. The opportunities available for our Level III students have also diversified, with new industries coming on board such as real estate property development. Interest from our Level III students continues to build, and we look forward to growing the program to keep up with demand. Le Stage ENTRE NOUS 30 Imagine the freedom: you're handed cans of neon paint and told your classroom is your canvas. Even better, there are no rules. What would you do? The possibilities are endless, and for a young child, this is a dream come true! The curious and inquisitive spirit of our Jardin d'éveil Hafez students ran wild with Messy Paint, a colourful, experiential learning activity that had our youngest artists playing while they learned about texture and colour theory. Soon all that gooey paint was lathered onto the windows and blackboards as the students mixed colours using their hands and feet. Not to be left out, parents also joined in the fun to support their little ones in their creative endeavours! Messy Paint!
