When late or returning to school after a short absence (doctor's appointment, etc.), students need to report to the Branch Office, or the Attendance Office at the Senior School. Senior School students arriving after 8:40 a.m. will require their access card to gain entry to the building. Students arriving late must check in at the Attendance Office before proceeding to class with a late slip. The accumulation of late slips, attained without valid reason, will result in detention. PICK-UP Students should be picked up promptly after school or any after-school co-curricular activity. Senior School students, unless involved in an after-school activity, should immediately leave the premises. Junior School students must be supervised by a teacher or older sibling if they wish to walk to either La p'tite école or the Senior School; Grade 5 students may be allowed to go home independently, if they have prior permission from the vice-principal. La p'tite école PK - Grade 1 3:30 p.m. JE 3:45 p.m. Junior School Grades 2 - 5 3:35 p.m. West Campus PK - Grade 7 3:45 p.m. Senior School Grade 6 - Level V 4:00 p.m. LATE PICK-UP La p'tite école, the Junior School and West Campus After 4:00 p.m., students left unattended are taken to After School Care, with accompanying fees applied to the monthly bill. However, to accommodate parents, supervision at the Junior School is available until 4:05 p.m. for children who have siblings at the Senior School. Parents picking up their children after 4:00 p.m. will, where appropriate, ring the doorbell. If parents are late, children will be taken directly to Étude (study hall), where fees will apply accordingly. SENIOR SCHOOL Grade 6 and 7 students who are not in supervised activities and are still at school at 4:20 p.m. will be taken to the Étude (study hall). Parents are billed on their TFS account. For any last-minute changes regarding picking up children, call the Branch Office before 3:00 p.m. - Do not leave urgent messages on voice mail; and - Speak directly to a member of the Attendance Office. PROGRAMS OFFERED TFS offers Before and After School Care for students in Jardin d'éveil - Grade 7: - Before and after school care (from JE - Grade 5 in Toronto); - Étude (study hall) for students from Grades 1 to 7; and - Child care on Professional Development (PD) days, up to Grade 5 in Toronto and up to Grade 7 at the West Campus.
