She has chosen to attend Yale, in the liberal arts program. She is considering a double major in neuroscience and English, long curious to explore where the two disciplines intersect — how people interpret the world through literature and the mechanisms by which we make sense of our wider environment. In fact, Nicole credits TFS' Theory of Knowledge course for being the glue that first brought her love of English and biology together. With an energetic work ethic and a commitment to public service, Nicole sees herself pursuing a career in medicine. However, this keen observer of the world vows to always make time to write and knows that poetry and prose will continue to play a key role in her future.
