As of January 1, 2016, the CCEYA came into effect. This new legislation replaces the Day Nursery Act. TFS (Jardin d'éveil and Petite Section) shall comply with the conditions imposed on a licence. The CCEYA contains requirements specific to staff qualifications and ratios, program content and equipment. Our license will be posted in a conspicuous place.
