Questions / Concerns and Feedback Kindly take the time to read these guidelines dedicated to the parents of our younger students. Every question is important. Many answers can be found in this document. Should you require more information, talk to your child's teacher or call the Branch Office and you will be directed to the right person to answer your question. As a member of our TFS community, you can also access the school-wide TFS Parents' Handbook available on our branch site under Resources, at pe.tfs.ca. Hours / Days of Service Our programs follow TFS' calendar (from the beginning of September to mid-June). The school will be closed for one week in November, two weeks in December and two weeks in March, as well as during statutory holidays. Please refer to the school calendar on the next page for exact dates. ● Toronto: Jardin d'éveil operates from 8:15 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and the Petite Section from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ● West Campus: Petite Section operates from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Because of COVID-19, these times might change to stagger drop offs and pickups for health and safety reasons. Before and after school childcare is available, at an extra charge. Childcare service is also available during some Professional Development Days. ● Toronto campus: from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:30-6:00 p.m. ● West Campus: from 7:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Absence / lateness For any absence and/or late arrival: email or leave a message. Kindly indicate the duration/reason for the child's absence or lateness. ● Toronto campus: phone 416 484 6980 to leave an absence voicemail (ext. 4808), or speak to someone in the office (ext. 4305).
